Breath Awareness & Meditation

Description

Class will emphasize various breathing techniques that help with your meditation and relaxation. Different types of meditation will be discussed and taught.

You will be given information on how to do self-body scans and stretches with your breathing to help release accumulated stress in your body.

Instructor Leah Gronlund has taught and studied yoga, meditation and stress management for over 30 years.
