For this preserving class we will be crafting a trio of jams. Blueberry Lavender, Raspberry Violet and Strawberry Rose. These jams are simple to craft with a beautiful floral finish. They are a perfect springtime surprise and are a compliment to scones, homemade biscuits and dessert chesses.

Canning- Apricot Jam Two Ways
This is the perfect time of year for preserving. For this class we will handcraft Apricot jam, easy and delicious. We will be crafting Apricot Bourbon Vanilla Jam. Next, we will craft Apricot Ginger Jam. Both jams are easy to make and will become a summer favorite. Class is hands-on and limited to 8 students.

Cooking - Summer Pop Festival

“Summer Pop Festival” This is the time of year when we are planning our
summer cookouts and gatherings. My Summer Pop Festival menu is a little nostalgic, creative and delicious. On the menu: Orange soda party chicken wings, Cherry Cola pulled pork sliders, Root beer baked beans, and for dessert Cool Lemon lime soda fluff. These recipes are fun and fabulous come and enjoy!

Italian Cooking - Spaghetti Amatriciana Sauce: A Very Italian Dinner
Pasta with Amatriciana sauce, Meatballs “della nonna”, Sweet fans
Spaghetti with Amatriciana sauce is a famous traditional Italian dish named from the city of Ama-trice. We will cook together this simple and flavorful pasta made with bacon (the traditional recipe has the cured pork cheek), tomatoes, pecorino cheese and dried red pepper. Who doesn’t know the Italian meatballs (“polpette della nonna”) with tomato sauce? You will learn how to cook the traditional and authentic recipe with ground beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, parmigiano reggiano, eggs, nutmeg and… of course… tomato sauce. We will end our meal with a dessert! I will show you how to create delicious sweet fans with puff pastry and sugar. Easy and quick!
